Join for New Light — City Awakening, an immersive evening at NŌ Studios in downtown Milwaukee that blends yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and mindful connection.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute heart-opening yoga flow designed to release the heaviness of winter and welcome clarity for the year ahead. Then settle into 45 minutes of guided breathwork and sound healing, letting bowls, chimes, and vibration restore your nervous system and reset your energy.
After practice, stay for our community hour — enjoy light bites from our featured food vendor and NŌ Studios’ signature “New Light Elixir” mocktail, explore wellness pop-ups, and connect with others as city lights glow outside.
This event invites you to pause, breathe, and realign — to remember that new light begins within. 🌆
