The Summer Glow & Flow is an outdoor wellness experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and radiate. Join for one yoga class led by Analisia White followed by a sound healing session led by Mary Frances, explore a curated wellness marketplace, and connect with local businesses offering self-care products, mini services, and more.
Whether you’re looking to move your body, shop consciously, or just soak in good energy—you’re invited to come as you are and leave glowing.
