Through guided breathwork and somatic movement, we’ll begin to clear what’s no longer needed: tension in the shoulders, pressure in the chest, stuck thoughts, and emotional buildup.
This class is a chance to come home to yourself, ground into your body, and release the “too muchness” so you can make space for the season ahead. This is where your nervous system gets to soften—and your breath leads the way.
