Enough: A Sound Healing Journey into Receiving

There is always something asking us for more. Do more. Give more. Achieve more. Be more. And as we enter a season centered around gratitude, gathering, and giving, it can be easy to focus on what we haven't done, what we don't have, or all the ways we believe we should be showing up differently. Enough is a restorative sound healing experience designed to interrupt that cycle. Through crystal singing bowls, chimes, layered tones, and intuitive vibrational support, Grace and Raschel will create space for your nervous system to soften out of striving and into receiving. For this evening, there is nothing to accomplish. Nothing to prove. Nothing you need to become before you're allowed to rest.
