Grief Release

A Shamanic Somatic Ceremony for Honoring What We Carry

Grief takes many forms—the loss of people, relationships, time, identity, dreams, traditions, or parts of ourselves. Sometimes it's loud and crashing. Other times it's quiet and lingering. But always, it lives in the body. And during the holiday season, grief can become especially present. An empty chair. A tradition that has changed. A relationship that isn't what it once was. A year that didn't unfold the way you hoped. Grief Release is a shamanic somatic ceremony offering a sacred space to honor what you're carrying—whether it's ready to move or simply needs to be witnessed.Through intentional breath, somatic movement, vocal expression, energetic clearing, and shamanic support, you'll be invited to soften around your grief and allow your body to express what words sometimes cannot.

Expect:

• Deep, rhythmic breathwork
• Gentle somatic movement and surrender
• Vocal expression to help move emotion
• Shamanic and energetic support
• Space to honor who or what has been lost
