  1. Prepare Your Space: Use a fireproof bowl, cauldron, cast iron pan, or a pot lined with tinfoil.

  2. Open Your Blend: Gently pull open the top of your herbal blend.

  3. Pour the Herbs: Add your desired amount into the bowl — the entire packet will clear your whole home, but you can always start small and add more.

  4. Light with Intention: Light a small amount of “Safe & Sound” to anchor your home in peace and protection. As the smoke rises, speak the phrase below in multiples of 9 and visualize a calm, steady light surrounding your space, shielding it from negativity and inviting deep rest and comfort.
