The Untaming Retreat

The Untaming is an immersive weekend retreat created for those who are ready to stop holding it together and finally let themselves feel what has been buried, silenced, or suppressed. Rooted in the wild beauty of 100 private acres in Wisconsin’s North Woods, this experience blends sacred rage practices, somatic release work, shamanic healing, and restorative grounding rituals to guide you back to your most authentic self.

Over the course of three transformative days, you’ll explore the emotional, physical, and spiritual roots of your rage — not as something to fear, but as a doorway into truth, power, clarity, and freedom. Through guided movement, breathwork, primal expression, fire ceremony, journaling, sound healing, and intentional time on the land, you’ll learn how to move stuck energy, release long-held emotions, and reclaim the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be acknowledged.

This retreat is designed with a gentle yet powerful arc:
unearthing → expressing → releasing → restoring.
You’ll be supported every step of the way with grounded guidance, intuitive wisdom, and a community of individuals walking the same path back home to themselves.

By the end of the weekend, participants leave feeling lighter, centered, renewed, and deeply connected — not only to themselves, but to the land, their truth, and their inner fire. The Untaming is your invitation to release what no longer serves you, embody your sovereignty, and step forward with purpose and strength.
